Photo collage is perfect way to show a set of pictures in one frame. A group of photos convey more than what a single picture can. Also a set gives you chance to present a theme.
Wonder Photo Studio allows you create collage of photos with lot of things to make the photo beautiful.
When you start the software it asks you to choose from a set of template or blank page. These templates have placeholders where to you put the photos. There are many thematic templates available to choose from. Although in free version only few are possible to select.
On the left side of the screen, there is file explore where you can browse to the photo files. You can double click a photo or drag it to the template screen. If you drag it then it automatically fits inside place holder [Fig 1].
There are many effects you can apply to the photographs, Mask, Shadow and Transparency. You can crop the photo or flip it version / horizontal, zoom in zoom out.
You can also add clipart on the collage. There are cartoon, decoration, gift etc [Fig 2]. There are lots of them. In trial there is again limitation to choose from a set.
Text can also be added in the collage. You can choose color, size and font.
All the objects on the collage are layer based so you can bring an object to overlap over other or send it in background.
You can set the size of the collage, its orientation and background in program settings [Fig 3]. It also shows you print preview so that you can see how exactly it is going to be printed out. You can also save the collage as image or wallpaper.
Conclusion: This is good software to create collage of your photos for making prints. There are lots of objects to embellish your collage. There might be little more functionality on photo effects side.
